The AnyDB IT Consumable Checkout template is designed to log and manage the distribution of expendable IT items (such as cables, batteries, adapters, or peripherals) to employees or teams. It links directly to the IT Consumable parent template and automatically adjusts inventory levels based on checkout activity, ensuring accurate stock control.

Description
Each record in this template represents a single checkout event. It captures the name of the person or team checking out the item, the checkout date, the quantity taken, the assigned team, and whether the action was approved by a manager. Additional fields allow for notes and the name of the approver. It also inherits the associated consumable asset from the parent record for context.
Dynamic badges are used to summarize key data:
- Quantity Checked Out
- Approval Status (color-coded)
- Checkout Date
A hidden admin object is included for internal tracking and is used by the parent template to roll up total quantities used and current remaining stock.
